O'Donnell observes: "The approximately 45 meters (148 feet) the main cables travel from the northeast tower, over the roadway back to the anchorage within the hillside is the longest that comes to mind for such an arrangement. The deck at the northeast tower is considerably higher in elevation than at the southwest tower."
