Patrick writes, "Located 35-40 miles west of North Fork, Idaho, this bridge spans the Salmon River with a main span of approximately 350 feet. Locals prefer to call this river the 'Big' Salmon River. This one is located just down river of the Middle Fork Salmon River's junction of this the Salmon River. From that junction it's 32 miles upriver to the Bernard Pack Bridge and Flying 'B' Ranch. Likewise, it's a 32 mile hike up the trail that parallels the Middle Fork Salmon River. The trailhead is close to the bridge here."
