This appears to be a Louis Harper bridge similar to those built in the 1890s and early 1900s. This bridge is almost identical to the surviving (as of 2020) suspension bridge near Kampung Seropak along the route to the infamous Tegora Mine. Both are comparable to Harper's 1898 River Dove bridge at Doveridge. Douglas Harper's 2015 book about the history of Harper suspension bridges does not mention any Malaysia bridges.
