Patrick writes, "I didn't climb the wall on the West Virginia side. There's a road that goes back in off the river and climbs. You'll have to turn off into the Memory Gardens and proceed west as far as you can go. It's only a narrow grassy strip from the driveway to the overlook. The towers look to be very much like that of the Newell Bridge at East Liverpool, Ohio, only these are clad in sheets of steel."
