Patrick notes, "I'd find it hard to believe that mules use this bridge as it's too narrow, bouncy, and not substantial enough to handle the weight. Perhaps one mule tried judging from the hole in the deck visible in several photos. Seeing how remote this bridge is; it's possible that only mules could make it into here up until recently and that an earlier bridge here would have been sturdy enough."
