Note how the ends of the deck do not have vertical suspenders and are connected by diagonal cables.
At center-bottom, this is the last (furthest from the tower) diagonal cable connecting to a member that extends from the tower to this point. At top-center, you can see the vertical suspenders connect directly to the floor beams.
