In the 1990s, this bridge was only used by coal trains unloading at the power plant situated along the Johnson City side of the Susquehanna River.
The first four images were taken in 1992.
Some high-water damage. This photo was taken in 1993 after the floods resulting from the thaw after the "storm of the century" blizzard of March 1993.
