Suspension Bridges Crossing Alum Creek
This is a list of the only bridge from the suspension bridge inventory crossing Alum Creek. Please note that different rivers with the same name will be grouped together. For example, selecting 'Bear Creek' shows bridges across several different Bear Creeks. Also, similarly named rivers are grouped separately. Notes:
- Closed 2013 for major refurbishment including a new deck. Reopened March. 2014.
- April 2015: Two main cables snap, causing a partial collapse of the bridge deck. Repaired and reopened August 5, 2016. Failure speculated to have been caused by the weight of the new deck installed 2013-2014.
